Tap in at the gate
Students tap an RFID card at the school gate. Entry and exit are recorded automatically.
Live dashboards
Staff see arrivals in real time, by class, section and gate, with reports and audit trails.
Parents are notified
Where the school has enabled it and the parent has opted in, a WhatsApp message is sent from the school's own WhatsApp Business Account.
How WhatsApp Business Platform is used
Ganat Infotech is a SaaS platform and acts as a Data Processor. Our clients are K-12 schools in India, who are the Data Fiduciaries under the DPDP Act 2023. The school's own WhatsApp Business Account is the sender of record for every message. Ganat Infotech facilitates Embedded Signup and technical delivery only. Parent consent is captured before any message is sent — by replying HI with the child's name, by OTP, or by a signed form. Parents can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.
